Swan Valley

The Swan Valley is a region near Perth where they grow grapes for making wine. It's a nice place to go for a weekend drive because it is by pretty and relaxing. The are lots of wineries, but also chocolate shops, coffee shops, and honey stores.

Since it is fall here, the grapevines are all turning colors and the grapes still on the vines look more like raisins. I jumped in one of the vines anyway.



The wineries are very picturesque with fancy landscaping. This plant was pretty with it's changing leaves.



One of the Oliver's favorite places to visit in the Swan Valley is the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. They have big bowls of chocolate for free tastings. The dark chocolate is amazing.

The freckles are tempting. Sprinkles on top of a solid chocolate "cookie".



I'm not going to be flat if I stay in that store much longer!
